{"id":374,"date":"2017-07-14T16:06:16","date_gmt":"2017-07-14T21:06:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/ugelchucuito.edu.pe\/portal\/?p=374"},"modified":"2017-07-14T16:06:16","modified_gmt":"2017-07-14T21:06:16","slug":"comunicado-de-urgencia-oficina-de-infraestructura","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ugelchucuito.edu.pe\/portal\/2017\/07\/14\/comunicado-de-urgencia-oficina-de-infraestructura\/","title":{"rendered":"COMUNICADO DE URGENCIA OFICINA DE INFRAESTRUCTURA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>SE COMUNICA A LAS DIRECTORAS DEL NIVEL INICIAL LLENAR LA MATRIZ DE IDENTIFICACI\u00d3N Y SEGUIMIENTO DE II.EE. \u00a0REGISTRADOS EN EL PADR\u00d3N DE ACCESO PARA EL SEGUIMIENTO AL SANEAMIENTO F\u00cdSICO\u00a0LEGAL-PREFABRICADO-PIP DEL PP-0091.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ACCIONES A REALIZAR E INDICACIONES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Leer detenida y responsablemente el instructivo.<\/li>\n<li>Revisar la\u00a0<strong>\u201cMatriz de seguimiento SFL-Prefabricado-PIP\u201d,<\/strong>se debe confirmar si la informaci\u00f3n ingresada es correcta y completar la informaci\u00f3n faltante, en caso de SFL se debe tener un archivo f\u00edsico y virtual que debe contener la evidencia de tenencia del terreno (partidas registrales, actas de donaci\u00f3n, compra-venta, minutas, entre otros), los mismos que se solicitar\u00e1 escaneado; se\u00a0deber\u00e1\u00a0llenar toda la\u00a0informaci\u00f3n\u00a0solicitada de acuerdo a la \u00ab<strong>Matriz de seguimiento SFL-Prefabricado-PIP\u00bb.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Revisar las\u00a0<strong>\u201cObservaciones e insumo para Matriz de seguimiento\u201d,<\/strong>\u00e9ste archivo es un insumo para completar la\u00a0<strong>\u201cMatriz de seguimiento SFL-Prefabricado-PIP\u201d<\/strong>, por tanto se solicita verificar, cruzar informaci\u00f3n y actualizar la informaci\u00f3n en esta \u00faltima.<\/li>\n<li>El plazo de entrega de la\u00a0<strong>\u201cMatriz de seguimiento SFL-Prefabricado-PIP\u201d<\/strong>con informaci\u00f3n completa<strong>,\u00a0<\/strong><strong>ser\u00e1 el MARTES 25 de JULIO DEL 2017, bajo responsabilidad.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>De la\u00a0<strong>\u201cMatriz de seguimiento SFL-Prefabricado-PIP\u201d<\/strong><strong>se seleccionar\u00e1 las IIEE para realizar el Saneamiento F\u00edsico y Legal, Prefabricados, Mobiliario, Infraestructura seg\u00fan meta asignada 2017<\/strong>, la cual se realizar\u00e1 la semana siguiente seg\u00fan criterios que establece el protocolo.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>POR FAVOR SE SOLICITA RESPONSABILIDAD Y SERIEDAD EN EL LLENADO DE \u00c9STA \u201cMATRIZ DE SEGUIMIENTO SFL-PREFABRICADO-PIP\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>NOTA: ALCANZAR UNA FOTOCOPIA DE LOS DOCUMENTO DE LA II.EE.
